The Director of Marketing will be in charge of leading the Corvus marketing and brand awareness efforts. Our ideal candidate will have an ability to balance between business ownership, marketing systems expertise and cross-department collaboration and tactical execution. We need someone who can dive into data one day, redesign a process the next and explain distilled takeaways to our Executive team the day after that. This person will be providing guidance on how Corvus should market its brand, as well as executing on that strategy. Day to day activities include but are not limited to: evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, working closely with sales and product management to develop and deliver marketing and communication strategies - including content creation, campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, events, digital marketing, conferences, trade shows, major events and PR.
Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating effective strategies spanning such as running campaigns, email nurtures, events, account-based marketing activities, webinars, client communication, and promotional events.
Contribution to and ownership of Corvus brand messaging and its dissemination through all marketing assets and into the broader market
Execute and implement a Martech strategy. This includes data hygiene, reporting, detailed data analytics and Account Based marketing initiatives and processes.
Deliver actionable marketing performance analytics, identify key metrics across the funnel including contribution to pipeline and lead scoring.
Work with the C-suite team to understand the health of our business, providing critical reporting and actionable insights
Assist with development and scalable repeatable production of customer-facing material and tools such as written content, graphics, product videos, tutorials, webinars, etc.
Run the Corvus social media channels (including both strategy and execution) and lead the charge for new opportunities
Oversee 3rd party relationships across PR, Media, digital agencies, consultants, advertising and event companies.
Provide leadership and development for marketing investments, pipeline impact, and goal setting.
Understands top of funnel strategies in B to B
Understands how to build a proper content-based strategy that integrates industry thought leadership with product marketing
Understands the Martech stack and has opinions and experience on what works best for B to B
Does not necessarily need technical implementation/system integration experience but would be a plus if there is a desire and aptitude to acquire those skills.
Would be a plus to have Customer IO and HubSpot experience.

Experience managing 3rd parties IE. PR, Agencies etc..
