We are currently seeking an RN MDS Coordinator. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for completing and overseeing the RAI Process, including training/educating floor staff on requirements and processes for accurately capturing resident conditions to facilitate accurate coding for Quality Care and Reimbursement. This position will serve as a leader on the Mirador clinical team, focused on quality measures and survey readiness.

Education/Certification/Licensure:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and currentRN license required.
- RAC Certification preferred, not required
- Strong understanding of Medicare MDS Billing and Medicaid
