Responsible for using analytical and Lean Six Sigma tools to drive process improvements and support overall strategy for customer service. Develops innovative ways to use information and segmentation to optimize the customer experience while managing costs and driving revenue.
Develops process improvement and optimization recommendations and provides them to leadership. Develops comprehensive cost benefit analyses to capture financial impacts of initiatives.
Identifies new ways to leverage data and information to drive insights and understand customer and employee experiences.
Utilizes modeling and simulation tools to understand and predict customer behaviors. Develops strategies that optimize efficiency, revenue, and customer experience metrics. Presents findings and recommendations to leadership.
Perform business analytics and connect problem solving and continuous improvement activities to a business case.
Across business units, facilitates the assessment of problems, the compilation and analysis of data, the development of improvement teams, the design and collections of metrics, the facilitation of improvement efforts, and implement the active daily management approach to sustain performance.
Assists more senior compliance professionals in evaluating the adequacy of business policies, procedures, training and reference materials, system and manual processes and provides support for research of regulatory requirements.
Evaluate, monitoring and/or test the adequacy of business processes and practices with respect to risks, controls and regulatory requirements. Identifying gaps and issues and assess process performance.
Create and maintain work product and supporting documentation. Communicate results and/or concerns verbally and in written.
Assist in obtaining and developing content for presentations for committee reporting.
Supports the business in operationalizing legal and regulatory requirements.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Master's Degree in MBA, Industrial Engineering
2+ years of experience in Analytics
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
6+ years of experience in Process Improvement
In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Operations Process Analysis
Agile, Lean Six Sigma
Background in Financial Services with compliance and/or AML exposure
Proficient in Blueworks
Able to construct process maps (current and future states) identify improvements and lead cross functional teams in developing line improvements.
Ability to lead/train on Six Sigma methods
Able to perform business analytics and connect problem solving and continuous improvement activities to a business case.
Ability to build professional relationships to lead and facilitate cross functional teams, internally and externally.
Excellent organizational sills with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
