ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receives and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints
- Receives and process incoming orders
- Documents customer contacts on reports form and distribute to appropriate division for resolution
- Produce reports that assess the activities of parking services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have High School diploma, GED equivalent or two (2) years of general work experience
- College business courses are preferred
JOB SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge and previous work experience with Microsoft Office
- Skills in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations, including poise, tact, and diplomacy
- Strong customer service skills – Must have friendly, courteous and smiling nature
- Ability to relate well to co-workers, staff, senior level executives, and the general public including diverse groups of people
