Customer Service & Social Media Coordinator - $15-$18 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities
Effectively manage incoming calls and dispatching with our field service management software called ServiceTitan
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Regular creation and daily posting of social media content, and monitoring of all social media channels.
Maintain the Zoom brand and values on social media
Schedule & communicate with technicians to meet customer requirement
Assign work orders based on priority to the available workforce
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
Assist with marketing including reaching out to plumbing companies and offer them our service partnerships.
General office administration
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus
