An established real estate valuation and counseling firm, located at 610 and I-10/Katy Freeway, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to support the two Partners and their team. The core responsibilities will be to answer phones, maintain calendars, set up and maintain project files, prepare engagement letters, type general correspondence, manage invoicing and process billing. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs efficiently; to include maintaining organization and stocking all necessary supplies, managing tech support and other office vendors, and assisting the partners and their team in various administrative tasks for projects.
An ideal candidate must be organized, adaptable, and possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize. A proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required. A knowledge of basic book keeping is preferred. Salary is approximately $35,000-$40,000 a year.
