Novant Health is seeking a Support Services Specialist that is responsible for the general functions of the Mail Center including, but not limited to the handling and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, scanning applicable documents, working returned mail, and receptionist duties.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school or GED, required.
- Experience: Minimum of two years working in a healthcare environment, preferred.

Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
