We are seeking a positive, professional and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or current Director of Nursing (DON) for an exciting opportunity with a well-regarded County Facility in New Hampshire!

o $78,000-$105,000/year salary based on experience and qualifications

o Director of Nursing (DON) will provide staff and clinical oversight in 130+ bed facility including private and semi-private LTC, SNF & Rehab beds.
o Director of Nursing (DON) will serve as "second in command" Facility Leader, in collaboration with the Administrator.
o Director of Nursing (DON) will spearhead and design ongoing training for Clinical Staff in addition to ongoing accountability, and mentorship.
o Director of Nursing (DON) will initiate and design compliance protocol updates as needed to ensure the highest quality and patient safety standard in line with County, State, Federal and other regulatory bodies.
o Director of Nursing (DON) will partner with the Administrator and Clinical Team, including (APRN and Physician) in the areas of Leadership, clinical care, and administration.
o Director of Nursing (DON) will utilize clinical knowledge as well as the ability to identify problems and implement corrective action plans, programs, and goals within the Nursing Team.
o Director of Nursing (DON) will foster a continued positive facility culture, and act as a role model for employees by building morale and providing excellent employee relations.
o RN, BSN with 10+ years of nursing experience
o 2+ years of Leadership in an LTC, SNF or Rehab setting, preferably as Nurse Manager, ADON or DON
o Team-player mindset, passionate RN who is willing to "roll up his or her sleeves" and get the job done.
o Proven experience with team-building as well as strategic planning to uphold high-quality standards and best serve Geriatric patients and their families.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
