The IT Director of Marketing Technology helps to shape strategies that will be pivotal in the transforming and accelerating of business results for our Marketing, Sales and Communication stakeholders. This position identifies business needs through effective elicitation, active listening and keen observation. This role will work collaboratively in applying a deep understanding of business capability decomposition, business capability gap analysis and capability maturity models, processes mapping and/needs combined with a strong grasp of technology advancements and trends to solve complex business problems.

We are looking for a highly ambitious and experienced digital strategist with the ability to activate business and technology stakeholders in new and innovative ways. You will lead a cross-functional portfolio management team to help plan and optimize digital strategies and a corresponding collection of key initiatives across the consumer-facing web, mobile, mobile app and ecommerce marketing technology landscape.

As a key addition to the Marketing Technology leadership team, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing Technology, the IT Director of Marketing Technology will play a critical role in coordinating strategy, sustaining excellence and nurturing team culture and growth.

Essential Job Functions:
Able to facilitate multi-disciplinary strategic discussions with senior business and technology leaders and have a commanding presence combined with strong, clear and concise communications skills
Responsible for bringing together customer and technology insights, financial data, and analytics to develop data-driven strategies, portfolio roadmaps and associated return on investment.
Accountable for consolidating and advancing multi-discipline roadmaps
Provide leadership for a multi-disciplinary delivery team to ensure successful implementation of key initiatives across the consumer-facing web, mobile, mobile app and ecommerce application portfolio.
Provides expert recommendations based on strong front-to-back understanding of existing digital capabilities and frameworks combined with a strong understanding of emerging technologies.
Acts as a role model for developing and maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with all constituents including business and IT peers and leaders.
Maintain an external network to ensure our organization continuously analyzes new digital innovations and ensures we implement those that align with our marketing strategy and drive value.
Empower team members and develop talent through monitoring and evaluation of performance, alignment to corporate professional development program, and company growth.
Participate in executive presentations and effectively communicate complex technical concepts in business terms.
Approach complex problems with optimism, enthusiasm and an owner mindset that is infectious to those around you.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of relevant strategic marketing technology/or consulting experience.
Digital leader with ability to plan and activate portfolio programs across a variety of platforms, channels and audiences.
Proven record of developing and executing strategies to drive significant growth and innovation.
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with teams across an organization to achieve business results.
Experience working in Agile cross-functional/multi-disciplinary teams.
Measures what matters and tracks progress/reports results based on agreed-upon metrics and achievement of business goals, as well as program-specific KPIs
Ability to successfully resolve situations that are broadly defined, complex, diverse, and occasionally unprecedented.
Detail oriented with strong program and project management competencies.
Ability to step into projects already in progress, or in need of rescue and effectively assume a leadership role.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree
Digitally fluent and confident in speaking to and educating about the rapidly changing digital landscape, including platforms, technology and innovation
Solution-oriented mindset who identifies and acknowledges challenges swiftly and directly; offers solutions and course-corrects as needed
