Abacus Search & Staffing, LLC was established in 1995. Abacus is a corporate search firm with placement specialties in Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Marketing.
Abacus is growing and we are looking to add Account Managers / Executive Recruiting Professionals to our team.
- Desire for a career in Recruiting & Executive Search.
- 3 plus years Agency Recruiting experience. Working a full desk which includes picking up job orders for candidates.
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree.
- Willingness to make 40-50 contacts per day (Phone, Text, email, LinkedIn etc.)
- Team player, great attitude, professional.
- Great with people, outgoing and a self-starter.
- Strong willingness and ability to get through the “no’s” to get to the “yes”.
- The Executive Search Consultant will develop both client companies and candidates.
- Will work as a team to deliver top candidates to our clients for their job openings.
- 55% of your time will be focused on developing business clients.
- 45% of your time will be focused on sourcing candidates through phone, internet, email, etc.
