Company Location: Itasca, IL

Title : E-Commerce Specialist / E-Commerce Account Executive

Full-Time Position: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Compensation: (Based on job experience and qualifications)

Position Responsibilities:

  • Creates online listing for new products using templates and copy for new product listings with keywords
  • Present the products online correctly
  • Audits all content on retail partners’ website to ensure accurate display of information
  • Analyzes product merchandising and recommends changes if needed
  • Maintains retail partners profile and pricing file
  • Coordinates pricing changes with all retail partners
  • Plans promotional calendar and pricing; analyzes the effectiveness of these promotions
  • Creates sales support materials used by National Account Managers
  • Helps facilitate the onboarding of new accounts by working closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Operations and Logistics
  • Builds a positive rapport with retail buyers and buyer’s assistants/support personnel
  • Develops a deep understanding of the product market to create action plans for achieving sales goals
  • Tracks site performance to make recommendations to improve performance, increase efficiencies, and drive growth
  • Drives growth of E-Commerce sales

Requirements:

  • Experience with e-commerce sales channels such as Amazon, Overstock, Walmart, Target, Wayfair etc are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Advanced MS Excel (Vlook-up function, Pivot Tables, sorting and filtering data)
  • At least 3 year experience in E-commerce industry

Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:

  • Enjoy working with content writing, numbers and data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • EDI, ERP, Drop Shipping system knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Thrives in fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow directions and assignments

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Ecommerce Account Management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel VLookUP: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Ecommerce: 1 year (Preferred)
