Crayons 2 Pencils Early Learning Center is a small business in Norwalk, IA. Our goal is to Provide a environment where learning and fun go hand in hand .
We seek an Early Childhood Teacher who is loving and caring, while also personable and fun. The instructor will work well with the other members of the teaching staff as well as with parents and guardians. The ideal candidate enjoys observing children while they are playing and working independently, is organized and loves interacting with children. They will also have a working knowledge of age-appropriate curriculum guidelines, and should be comfortable following those guidelines to help our students succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement curriculum choices based on student's interests.
- Plan and implement engaging learning activities in ways that inspire development.
- Guide students towards social, emotional, and academic success with the understanding that each child is different.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
