Art Director

Responsibilities
Art direct, design and concept big, conceptual brand expressions across all mediums, including web, mobile, product, film, photography, interactive, (Out of Home Design (OOH), print, events, experiential etc.
A strong understanding of how art direction, design and conceptual ideas can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand and within a product
Generates unique design and promotional concepts that promote each client's brand position and identity, while enhancing the experience for the consumer.
Participates in the execution of entire creative process within an allotted time frame and budget.
Works directly with a team led by a creative director to concept and execute work.
Adheres to the stated process and procedures of our company.
Work directly with advertising and marketing agency partners in campaign creation and execution
Align with product teams to ensure that asset creation and development of team marketing needs are met
Responsible and accountable for their own and others' work, delegating effectively to balance a varied and demanding workload, and appreciates that the team working well can achieve much more than any individual
Knowledgeable and passionate about their client's business, and where and how creative contributes to its success
Work with leadership, operations and the creative team to evolve creative processes, manage design systems productivity, and culture while maintaining consistency and a high level of execution
Contribute to leadership brainstorming on the company's brand positioning and provide strategic business insight

Qualifications
Successful track record of5+ years managing complex, executive-level and highly visible integrated campaign projects in a creative agency environment
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university (preferably in creative, design, advertising or related field)
Creative problem-solving skills
Have outstanding presentation skills
Ability to apply creativity to strategically lead real world problems
Ability to communicate concepts and ideas to others through written, drawn and verbal means, particularly design staff across disciplines and project managers
Knowledge of a range of channels: Digital, video, web, photography, print, and event
Great typography skills
Knowledge of usability and UX best practices
Have successfully demonstrated taking business goals and turning them into inspiring world-class ideas
Understand the complexity of marketing/advertising and know how to set the visual standard for different categories
Able to bring ideas to life with comps and prototypes using creative software and other tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Keynote, etc.)
Expert experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and its software suite
Experience using Project Management Software (MS Project, Basecamp, Workfront)
Must possess strong interpersonal skills; be able to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines with a confident, positive attitude.
