We are looking for a Pediatric Phlebotomist/Research Assistant that can conduct blood draws/administer vaccines and other clinical procedures on children (6 mo. and up) for pharmaceutical research trials. The phlebotomist will need to have a high degree of skills such as people skills, attention to detail, venipuncture and vaccination techniques. The right candidate must be highly driven, self-motivated, and eager to work both independently as well as be part of a dynamic team. Experience in Pharmaceutical Research is not necessary but the willingness to learn is required. If all of these qualities apply, we encourage you submit your resume!
Responsibilities
- Identify patients and PPI for necessary documentation
- Answer patient questions and provide useful information
- Keep accurate records on specimen collection
