Keeps main resort buildings, hotel, office buildings, or similar buildings in clean and orderly condition on both the inside and outside of buildings. Must be willing to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in our public areas, working both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Valid driver's license required.
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
Empties trash and garbage containers.
Notifies management concerning need for repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Ensures proper stock in supply closets, keeping all required equipment (vacuums and carpet cleaners) in working order.
May be required to assist in cleaning of hotel rooms or condo units during periods of high guest turnover.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
This is a Winter Resort Area. It requires that work venues are varied, and in many cases include steep stairways, multi-level buildings and outdoor work areas, subject to very cold, sometimes wet or very sunny work sites. Some facilities are located at the base or bottom area and some are semi-remote and can only be reached by traveling via chair lift(s), skis or snowboards. Walking surfaces are frequently frozen, sloped and slippery. Proper footwear is a must, indoors and out. Work days and hours, as well as the number of hours required will vary, with an emphasis on weekends and holidays.
