Cinnabon at San Antonio International Airport is hiring immediately for Shift Managers with the ability to lead in a fast past environment to join our team!
The Shift Manager will be responsible for leading the team while maintaining a high level of baked goods, per Cinnabon standards. Wages offered are dependent on experience and how quickly and effectively you can demonstrate and adhere to policies.
The Shift Manager must have the ability to help drive sales by ensuring all crew members are up-selling during each transaction, and that they are following all procedures and delivering superior guest service. Candidates must have the ability to learn, follow and deliver excellent guest service by following all Cinnabon procedures to the letter!
We are looking for natural-born leaders, with the ability to interact with crew members and guests to effectively ensure Crew Members are the following procedures, and that our guest are receiving superior guest service.
The Shift Manager must make sure that crew members are motivated and stay busy during slow times by helping with restocking, cleaning and more.
In addition to working with our Crew Members, the Shift Manager works with the General Manager to obtain all labor/sales goals.
