Looking for English legal transcriptionists to start immediately!

We’re a small woman-owned business in New Jersey and have immediate work transcribing law enforcement interviews.

- $1.25/page to start (25-line/page format)
- Monthly direct deposit
- IC status

Requirements:

- Must be US-based
- Signed confidentiality and IC agreements
- Private/password-protected Internet connection
- Express Scribe software
- Experience in law enforcement transcription preferred (or experience in legal/law enforcement admin support)
- Good ear for everyday conversational dialogue/flow, including accents
- Ability to do basic Google research to verify people, places and things
- Ability to stick to deadlines and communicate ahead of any disaster

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $9.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Typing: 5 years (Preferred)
Transcription: 2 years (Preferred)
