We are looking for an organization junkie to help us manage the day to day details of our growing functional medicine practice!

Is your sock drawer sorted by color? Recipe file in alphabetical order?

If you are the type of person who loves organizing things, getting stuff done, and creating efficient work processes, then this is a perfect fit for you!

This is part-time 20-32 hour a week office position that will involve:

  • Greeting clients as they arrive, collecting paperwork, collecting payments
  • Managing Electronic and paper Health Records
  • Processing orders, scheduling appointments, ordering tests and supplements, managing inventory
  • Light bookkeeping in QuickBooks
  • Interacting with our clients via phone, email and in person
  • Updating social media sites
  • Managing business email communications and schedule for the owner

Required skills include:

  • Being tech savvy with Google Docs, OneDrive, Excel, email, QuickBooks, Facebook and electronic health record system
  • Being extremely dependable, accurate and organized
  • Very friendly and approachable with excellent customer service
  • Passion for health and healthy living
  • Proficient in English

Salary: $14-$17/hour depending on experience

All employees undergo a criminal and employment background check.
