We are looking for a office coordinator to join our human resources team. You will provide support to customers as an operator and will be the first point of contact with all incoming customer calls. This position will also offer you the opportunity to help keep our employees up to date on major initiatives and company goals via designing, writing, and publishing a monthly newsletter, calendar, and recognition bulletin. You will partner with several employees and managers to maintain on hand office supply counts, maintaining apparel policies, and additional personnel supplies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong skills in all of the following areas:
Microsoft: Publisher, Word, Outlook and excel (Used daily)
Verbal and Written Communication skills
