As SVP, Global Managed Review Services, reporting directly to our President, you will roll up your sleeves and have a get it done attitude. You will be responsible for working with law firms, corporations, government entities, and channel partners to provide white glove managed review services in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will lead a global team that includes high-volume, full cycle staffing. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates. In this role you will oversee the strategic direction, general management, and growth of our Managed Review services business.
This senior leadership role requires a deep understanding of legal document review and quality assurance processes, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale legal review teams and projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards, driving efficiency, and fostering strong client relationships. You will work closely with the Managed Review team. You will be an expert on consultation and implementation of a global delivery strategy, including but not limited to budget planning and margin enhancement, review set-up and organization, workflow management and documentation, Integrated change control and management, best practices and quality assurance methodologies, and use of analytics, technology-assisted review, and generative AI tools, including validation of the technologies employed.
Objective #1 In your first 30 days, you will audit current practices and recommend improvement opportunities.
Objective #2 In your first 3 months, you will:

Develop and implement the strategic vision and direction for the Global Managed Review division.

Identify growth opportunities and drive the expansion of Managed Review services globally.

Collaborate with executive leadership to align Managed Review strategies with overall company goals.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Managed Review team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Objective #3 In your first 6 months, you will:

Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Assist Sales with client meetings and presentations, to secure new business and retain/grow existing clients.

Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Objective #4 In your first 12 months, you will successfully accomplish:
- Recruitment mentoring, and continued development of a high-performing Managed Review team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Who Were Looking For The Personal Competencies That Matter
Qualifications You will challenge the status quo to generate and implement best practices and business strategies. You have 10+ years of experience in legal services, with a focus on managed review and litigation support. You will have a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency. You will be meticulous with your work and multi-tasking is in your DNA. You understand evening and weekend work will occasionally be required, with which you are okay.
Previous experience in senior leadership roles, including managing a large global team and directing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience with a variety of industry and case/project types including antitrust, government investigations, HSR Second Request, financial services, data breach, energy, and intellectual property, among others, having overseen many large-scale review projects. You have successfully provided consultation to clients, provided support to the sales organization by speaking at client presentations, drafting RFP responses, creating project plans and estimates. Contributed your expertise in creation of marketing communication materials, blogs, by-lined articles, and white papers, as well as hosted or participated in Webinars.
