Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel management and fine dining environments. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of service, and driving business growth.
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and quality.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a strong team culture.
- Implement effective food management practices to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to create innovative marketing strategies that enhance business visibility.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the establishment remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in other managerial positions within the hotel or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food management practices and fine dining service standards.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Strong interviewing skills for effective staff recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and staff alike.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for coffee culture is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
