Note that for the first few months, this position will be M-F, from 10 AM - 7 AM. After that time, you may be able to work normal 9AM - 5PM business hours.

Are you very detail oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills? Maybe you are a recent communications/ journalism graduate and you are looking to break into a fortune 50 company? Or maybe you have been out of work for a bit and are interested in getting your foot back in the corporate door? Are you interested in the area of online retail customer experience?

If you answered yes to all or many of the questions above, this might be the job for you. We are seeking a highly detailed person with impeccable communication skills, to work within an online professional customer experience team in a large retail corporation here in Atlanta. This team drives the policies and experiences for online consumers.

You will be responsible for drafting standard and custom communications to online customers. You must be mature, detailed and must be able to work independently. You should know your way around the Microsoft Office Suite of tools, and should be able to organize customer issues well in Excel or other related tools.

If you succeed in this role, this can open the door to a position as an Analyst in this professional customer experience team.

This is a W2, on-site hourly contract position.

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
