Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Caregivers to join our devoted team at Galloway Senior Living. The CNAs and Caregivers will play a vital role in impacting the quality of life for our residents by delivering personalized care, support, and companionship. The ideal candidate will possess:

Responsibilities:
Resident Care
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record residents' health status, communicating any changes to the nursing and management teams.
- Promote and maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere for residents through building meaningful relationships.
- Participate with residents and other team members to promote engagement, facilitate programming and foster fun.
- Assist residents at meal time, including but not limited to bringing resident’s to the dining rooms, serving meals, clean-up after meals and other responsibilities as directed.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the nursing and caregiving team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for residents.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and observations regarding resident well-being.
- Maintain open communication with residents and their families to address concerns and provide updates on care plans.
Compliance
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations related to resident care and safety.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information and uphold ethical standards in caregiving.
