Primary role:
The role will require assistance for the following areas:
Primarily provide support to the Admins in expense
Handling administrative work of expenses and travel processing
MIS reporting to senior management when required by the Manager
Process requests for travel arrangements via email/voice instruction from internal clients
Coordinating with internal clients on various administrative queries pertaining to travel
Support the team in problem solving which arise from travel and expenses
