Our organization is seeking highly-motivated college graduates to be a part of our Early Career Professional Development Program (PDP). You will have the opportunity to build breadth early in your IT career by rotating into three twelve-month rotations throughout our enterprise and gaining exposure to many critical areas of Williams. Rotations are designed to develop business analyst, project management, and technical experience. Rotations may be located in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Houston, Texas; Salt Lake City, Utah or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities through rotations may include:
Understand Williams core business and how IT supports it
Develop internal client business requirements, support IT projects across various business functions, and provide technical support for applications throughout diverse rotational assignments
Analyze trends, compile data into comprehensive reports, and make recommendations based on findings
Use creativity and data to provide solutions that deliver value
Design and implement information technology solutions that optimize organizational efficiency
Collaborate across the organization to accomplish tasks and complete projects
Maintain focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
Develop understanding and use of policies, procedures, and guidelines established by organization or governing agencies
Learn and demonstrate knowledge of safety culture within the organization

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Science with expected graduation before June 2019
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to relocate to offices in Tulsa, Houston, Salt Lake City or Pittsburgh
Demonstrated strong performance and leadership through prior internship, work experience, and campus involvement

Ability to explain complex, technical information in a simple, non-technical way
Willingness to learn and provide value in various roles
Curiosity and passion for data and data visualization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with employees of all levels throughout Williams as well as vendors
Possess strong problem-solving, analytical and creative-thinking skills
Ability to demonstrate an intermediate level of utilizing Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and programming specific language such as SQL, DAX, C#, Java, JSON and Angular
