We are looking to grow our team of Travel Coordinators, who are looking for an exciting career in the Travel Industry. Are you the “go to” for your friends and family to help with their vacation planning? Do you vacation at least once a year? Do you own a computer with high speed internet? Are you professional, well-spoken and able to work independently? We are looking for professional, self-motivated Travel Planners who will be able to assist their clients with every aspect of their vacation and offer concierge level service. If you answered, yes to any of these questions, you may have what it takes to become an Independent Vacation Planner, selling vacations from home.

Responsibilities:
Attend virtual trainings and sales calls
Social Media Management
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven track record of managing multiple streams of work/tasks.
Time Management
Customer Service/interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Get and maintain required documentation
Collect traveler information
Follow the security protocols for travel information
Process deposits and payments
Keep updated client information
Must be 18+
Must be a United States Citizen
Have a smartphone or laptop with reliable Wi-Fi or internet access
Must be able to work with little supervision
Travel experience (not required but a plus)
Must stay up to date on travel guidelines and restrictions
This is a commission based role, (non W2)
