Junior Product Trainer

SharpSpring is looking for a Junior Product Trainer to join our training team in Gainesville, FL. You will work with a small team to build and improve our current training and learning systems. This is an important role that is an integral part of SharpSpring’s larger goals of customer success – we are constantly innovating and improving the overall experience for our customers!   • Prepare new written and video-based training modules for SharpSpring’s Help Center
  • Teach on-site and virtual-based training for professional service training requests
  • Develop and conduct new-user and deep-dive workshops
  • Answer Zendesk tickets for “training needed” and “joint sales demo” requests
  • Schedule additional training for partners that leave the onboarding process unengaged and/or partners that add additional administrators after maturity
  • Act as technical liaison for sales demos and provide additional sales assistance
  • Assist with new employee orientation in conjunction with HR
  • Conduct Onboarding and Support team training sessions for new employees
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Comfortable presenting and articulating concepts in front of small- to medium-sized audiences
  • Ability to manage workload based on changing priorities
  • Strong analysis design, documentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree or courses related to technology or computer systems
  • Familiarity with case management systems and development tools like JIRA
  • Public speaking and/or training experience
