Job Description
Luth Research seeks mid to executive level Sales Professionals to sell research and technology products and services within medium and large businesses. The primary duties of this position are to leverage proven lead generation tools to identify, qualify and close a high number of new and complex sales opportunities over the phone or in person. If you have consultative sales experience, are used to working with and selling to C-Level and V-Level executives, enjoy operating with autonomy and succeeding within a collaborative environment, apply to become part of our growing team today.

The Account Executive role is a critical part of the sales organization which drives new business revenue. We offer the opportunity to work among a dedicated, cross-functional team of professionals; all committed to achieving the new business goals of the Account Executives who join us.

To the Qualified Candidate we offer:
A guaranteed and competitive base of $50,000 per year. We incorporate a generously uncapped commission and bonus plan to result in upwards of $120000 per year depending on production. Thus, your salary is a direct reflection of effort working with our supporting list and lead generators to reach Account Executive’s personal and company goals.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Prospecting, qualifying and advancing high-margin, direct and indirect sales opportunities within new corporate accounts.
Proposing, negotiating and closing new engagements within a team-selling environment.
Leveraging email and phone as primary tools for establishing and nurturing key buyer and influencer relationships.
Developing deep knowledge of C-level and V-level executives within marketing strategy, advertising measurement, market research, consumer insights and new product development roles.
Daily pipeline management and reporting
Monthly sales action planning and training to achieve personal and team sales goals.
Effectively managing time to consistently deliver 2-4, ~$50,000 new deals per month.
Applying consultative selling skills to transform routine inquiries into value-centric engagements.
The desire to work autonomously.
Any other tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Accessibility: Must be able to access and function within areas key to productivity. Adequate manual dexterity to operate assigned and shared office equipment. Ability to travel on periodic overnight and extended stays, and work extended hours when necessary.
Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Skills:
Must have Market Research Sales experience.
6+ years selling data collection services, strategic services, digital products, market research, or technology services to medium and large corporate accounts and other market research firms.
Verifiable history of accountability, perseverance and over-quota achievement.
Demonstrated knowledge of how to position and sell high-value solutions.
Strong organizational skills and capable of working with little direction.
The professional curiosity and inquisitiveness of a life-long learner.
Excellent verbal, writing, presentation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Working knowledge of how to leverage LinkedIn and other social media tools to generate leads and trusted advisor relationships.
Daily discipline of updating and leveraging CRM and other sales productivity tools as required.
Understanding and/or ability to learn the language of the market research industry and its customers across their unique verticals.
