We are looking for an experienced and talented Digital Experience Program Manager to help connect our customers to meaningful and personalized digital experiences. You will be an enthusiastic person who is capable of thinking outside of the box, pushing the limits of what’s possible and inspiring change and operational improvements. What you’ll be doing: Provide UX recommendations, wireframes and new AEM component requirements as needed to improve web experiences You will work closely with campaign managers and take a data driven approach to develop digital journeys and map content to user experience to drive impact and results Team with various marketing counterparts to develop multi-touch digital campaigns that are mapped to the customer journey and are personalized and focused on customer problems/critical business issues Develop a deep understanding of how to leverage our marketing technologies (Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo & 6-Sense) to identify audiences/cohorts to deliver creative and personalized digital experiences that result in improved engagement and conversion rates What we need to see: Excellent communication, presentation, & project management skills 5+ years of agency or client side experience driving integrated digital marketing campaigns across web properties, mobile, paid media, e-commerce, CRM, and social Deep understanding of the latest web technologies, design standards, and User Experience (UX) Strong analytical skills – able to utilize digital analytics tools directly to measure customer journey performance to deliver on revenue objectives Preferred experience utilizing the Adobe Experience Cloud, including Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics Experience in website optimization to drive demand for enterprise inside sales teams Strong collaboration skills, having worked with marketing teams regionally across time zones Bachelor’s degree or higher Global project planning and execution UX, UI business analysis Adobe Experience Cloud experience Experience in B2B and/or high tech companies working with demand center/lead generation teams Marketo experience Understanding of segmentation and building audiences via a DMP Basic programming (incl. HTML, XML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript) Ways to stand out from the crowd: You are interested in AI, Deep Learning, and GPU Technologies Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent social, interpersonal, planning, and prioritization skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast faced environment You should demonstrate strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and evidence of your ability to represent NVIDIA externally You're a self-starter with a mindset for growth and continuous learning and a passion to coach others.
