Interpret customer needs and requirements
Lead project intake and prioritization discussions
Create and present monthly leadership project portfolio status reporting
Define and manage project or program scope
Manage and control project timelines and resources
Manage project quality
Assess and manage project risks and issues
Translate complex financial and IT concepts to the project team
Communicate effectively to all levels of an organization
Prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
Provide leadership and being an advocate for positive change
Manage Finance customer outreach, communication, and issue resolution
Strong acumen in Accounting, Finance and/or Technology related fields
3+ years of experience tracking, planning, and/or supporting projects
2+ years of experience working with system development life cycle
2+ years of experience inquiring about the client needs (comfort asking questions and dealing in ambiguity)
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Intermediate level of proficiency with SharePoint and Visio
Healthcare Industry experience
Agile methodology experience
Ability to work in self-directed environment
