STEP 1: Become an Outbound Sales Rep at $19.50/hour with a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus, full benefits package AND you are eligible for a company paid quarterly bonus.
STEP 2: Receive tons of on-the-job training in our sales division by cultivating new business through outbound calls in open territories.
STEP 3: Fine-tune your sales chops as this role is designed to transition you within 30-90 days!
STEP 4: Get promoted into the next level of elite Inbound, Outbound & Digital Sales Reps and start earning commissions on top of a base salary!

During your time as a Sales Rep, you will:
Receive product, systems and sales training when you begin and even more on-the-job training as you grow!
Work with prospective and new customers’ everyday as you make outbound calls (about 50 calls a day to get you to that promotion!). You’ll use SalesForce.com to track everything.
Collaborate with the National Sales Team as they’ll rely on you to handle digital leads and overflow inbound sales calls.
Move on to our elite Inside Sales team or a related role in the company depending on where you’d fit best.
If you have:
At least 1 year of outbound sales or customer service experience OR a bachelor’s degree
Skills in multitasking and pay attention to details
The ability to relate to your customers and make a sale
