Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary

Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can get patients engaged on the phone and get them enrolled into our Medicare care management programs.This individual must have the ability to “sell” our services, have a convincing voice, compassion for our services and drive. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in our services for offering quick and accurate assistance to patients.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with patients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

Update patient information in our software platform during and after each call

Work with the management team to stay updated on company services and be informed of any changes in company policies

Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning calls into satisfied patients

Must meet production requirements

Skills

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma/GED required

Call Center experience helpful

Heathcare experience/background helpful

Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 /hour
