In this role, you will provide support to Human Resources and Payroll functions for UCLA Health Faculty Practice Group. Duties include: processing all staff actions in UC Path up to and including leave of absence, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, HR tracking, new hires, administrative training and special projects. Coordinate new hire processes, meet with new hires/rehires for personnel orientation, perform transfer processes, and carry out separation procedures, and maintain active and separated files. Assist with job requisitions on iGreentree, maintain requisitions at FPG, perform HR Tracking functions, Workforce Management functions and administrative support to the HR Director.
Quick learner, excellent multi tasking skills, ability to maintain strict confidentiality required, ability to deal with difficult individuals and situations in a professional and responsive manner required, skill in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely and accurate manner, ability to perform effectively with fluctuating workloads and multiple assignments with frequent interruptions, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, and ability to be self-motivated, dependable, and goal -oriented. Recent experience working in UCLA Human Resource is required.
