HRS Creative Services Specialist
Honeywell is looking for a dynamic individual for our Creative Services Specialist position! Supporting our global HR Services (HRS) organization, this role will help drive the engagement and utilization of HR Services through informative and engaging communications and promotions. This role is responsible for delivering video and multimedia production and graphic design to creative projects. Reporting to the HRS Communications Manager, this creative services professional will oversee all design aspects of HRS creative projects including digital marketing, web, email, video, and PowerPoint communications vehicles.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creating multimedia deliverables for internal communications, marketing collateral, and web assets (videos, landing pages, etc) in support of HRS communications programs.
Executing digital creative and video production projects from concept to delivery including storyboarding, shooting and sourcing footage, editing and delivery.
Gathering and editing content via video, email and intranet.
Collaborating with various communications, project and IT teams to create content that engages employees.
Working with external resources where relevant, ensuring schedule, quality and Honeywell brand standard are in adherence, by meeting or exceeding expectations.
Leveraging new and existing creative resources to create new concepts and designs for use in digital communications tools.
You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree, from an accredited college or university, with a major in in digital arts, graphic design or similar fields.
Creative portfolio of work to demonstrate design and video experience.
Must have graduated since May 2019 and can start full time in January of 2020
Due to export control restrictions, must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite program (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere; Adobe After Effects motion graphics/animation; Adobe Photoshop
Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
HTML & CSS knowledge preferable
Candidates that stay updated on emerging technologies and delivery platforms related to multimedia and video production
The ability to transfer visual and artistic concepts to video and multimedia delivery
Basic understanding of servers, networks, digital asset management and streaming technologies
Attention to detail and ability to produce quality creative results in a fast-paced corporate environment
Writing, verbal and presentation skills
Excellent customer service, written and oral communication, and
Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously with excellent execution, inter-personal and project management skills
