We’re looking for a Cutting Tool Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to the sales team across all cutting tool product lines. This individual will continually looked for emerging technologies in the cutting tool industry that will enhance the XX product offering.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical support to sales associates regarding cutting tools.

Searches for emerging technologies in the cutting tool industry that will enhance the XX product offering.

Determine new technology fit with existing product line.

Look for opportunities to expand product offerings.

Develop strategic product plans.

Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

5+ years of experience in the cutting tool industry.

Background in industrial products (cutting tools, abrasives, etc.).

Able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

Track record of managing a category across divisions/companies.

Deep knowledge of pricing methodologies and relevant competitive markets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
