Lucia, located at 351 Fairfax, is LA’s latest addition to the supper club, late-night lounge restaurant scene. Lucia designed by the accomplished Preen, Inc. design team and will be an instant attraction for those looking for sophisticated, Chef inspired dining vibe. Lucia will be closely curated by a talented DJ and radiate high energy. Bottle service will add to the late-night allure.
The food is focused on Caribbean preparations boasting bold flavors from the skillful use of exotic spices, peppers, and fresh fruits. All food and beverage selections will showcase high-end culinary preparation methods and exceptional products.
Lucia brings a modern approach to SoCal, Island clubbing and partying. Eating and drinking converge in the space and is tastefully crafted so all can enjoy both. A mixture of Caribbean classics and Chef crafted style that satisfies every palette.
To tie all this together we are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. Lucia’s GM’s job responsibilities will include:
- Creating a positive and rewarding work environment
- Hiring, training, and developing their management team and staff
- Delivering consistent, high quality food and beverage
- Delivering outstanding service
- Achieving financial goals
- Complying with all federal, state and local laws, as well as all internal policies and procedures
Our benefit package includes:
- Annual base salary of $100,000 to begin on your start date.
- 2-weeks paid vacation years 1-3.
- 4-weeks paid vacation years 3-10.
- 6 paid holidays per year.
- Equity earnout beginning year 2.
- Company assisted medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days employment.
- $500 in monthly dining privileges for food.
