As a Labor and Deliver RN Nurse Manager you will manage activities, workflow and nursing resources in the Labor and Delivery unit.
We are a fast paced, high acuity, high volume L&D unit; Position would cover L&D, Antepartum, Maternal.
- Transport team leadership; 20 LDR, 4 OR, 10 Triage
- Level IV Maternal Designation,
- Average 480 deliveries per month
- New Women’s Tower opening in the Fall of 2025,

In this role, you will:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within unit.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s).
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services in a unit.
- Monitor and adhere to budget.
- Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in nursing required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required or compact license.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- 3 years of L&D experience required
- 1 year of leadership or management experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,129.60 - $145,454.40 per year
