Responsibilities:
Our professionals help our clients transform their business processes, improve internal controls, improve efficiency of operations, increase transparency and performance management, and to comply with Federal laws and regulations. During your internship assignment, you will be given the opportunity to support projects to address some of the most significant project challenges faced federal clients. The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.

Qualifications:
Our internship is a 9-10 week program, running from the beginning of June to the beginning of August. Through the internship program, you will have the opportunity to work within one of our seven sectors:

Throughout the internship, you will have the chance to work with our internal teams on the assigned project/contract, meet with upper management to reflect on your personal and professional development, and socialize with your fellow interns during outings/activities.

Internship Overview:
This internship is for our IT Operations. Located in our Washington, DC Offices.

As an intern, you will work with the IT Deskside Support team, to support the Washington DC Area Guidehouse Offices.

Through out the summer, you will:
Assist with technology preparation for Guidehouse on-boarding events
Image Laptops
Asset Management
Work with the Deskside team to troubleshoot issues related to Laptops, Printers and Cloud based tools and systems

During this internship, you will gain skills in:
Microsoft Azure/Windows 10
Supporting a cloud-based environment
Customer Service
Teamwork

You will also gain experience in:
Working is a Cloud First environment
Working with the latest cloud technologies and solutions
Delivering and supporting IT solutions in fast paced environment

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have completed 60 credits or above, OR in a Graduate level program prior to the start date of internship
Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above
Must be enrolled in a FULL TIME accredited Undergrad University or at minimum in a part time Graduate program
Must have a declared major
