This position places strong emphasis on proactive problem resolution and project planning. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal/customer service skill as well as technological skills.
Perform a variety of specialized and complex activities to include data reporting, event planning/ management. Independently responds to manager’s issues and concerns and provide general research on issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
40% Project Management
Provide tactical support and serve as the project coordinator for PRMO safety culture to include workplace injury prevention, ergonomics oversight and coordination, worker’s compensation monitoring as well as reporting. Provide management with support on implementing major organization-wide projects related to onboarding, celebrations and recognition. Execute and implement the Safety Culture plan (fire, tornado), and support Employee Engagement teams by assisting with the preparation of meetings and execution of priorities identified by the teams or designated internal committees (Diversity Inclusion and Employee Engagement).
Develop, generate, analyze, maintain and report data pertaining to HR metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), exit interview, recognition, IVR, recruitment as well as ad hoc data requests. Manage the generation and distribution of related reports and information to internal customers. Serve as the liaison to departmental managers, departmental senior management, Human Resource representatives and others as necessary to obtain and provide information. Redesign and maintain HR web portal for employee and managers. Create ad hoc surveys as it relates to work culture
20%- Events & Employee Engagement Team Support
Develop work plans to include identification of financial and people resources to execute employee events and work culture initiatives. Such work culture initiatives include, but not limited to pulse surveys, various methods of recognition/career service awards, onboarding, employee appreciation and training associated with recognition. Assist and coordinate major events/projects to include distributions for HR sponsored events to include but not limited to: work culture, employee appreciation week and Live for Life. Assist with the implementation of work plans for organization-wide events/projects (i.e., Flu).

10% - Pay and Performance
Serve as the project lead for our Pay and Performance process. Serve as the SAP Administrator and provide consultation to management on the use of the tool. Independently research, document and respond to management inquiries and prepare appropriate communication tools to support the efficient system utilization. Conduct reporting related to performance management in SAP.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, Human Resources Practices. Proficiency in Excel with V-Look Up and Pivot Table experience.
Education: Work requires knowledge of basic communications, research and mathematical principles normally acquired through a high school education.
Experience: Work requires the ability to review, maintain, research, and report on human resource and payroll information/activities generally acquired through five years of related experience. HR experience high preferred. Proficiency in Excel with V-Look Up and Pivot Table experience
