Facility located in the mid-Westchester area is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to assist on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Provide administrative assistance to staff and programs as needed, including Information Desk, Caregiver Support Program, and Gift Shop
Answer phone, greet and interact with applicants, volunteers, and staff
Clerical work: copy, scan, set up packet/folders, sort mail
Ability to multi-task and work on varied office projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Upbeat, outgoing, service focused personality
Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook- Power Point and Publisher a plus; aptitude to learn aspects of navigating Raiser’s Edge software program
