Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field, and one year of experience in field of assignment.
Job Duties

Conducts studies to determine training needs.

Confers with management and line supervision to determine need and scope of training programs.

Assists in developing curriculum and lesson plans or other appropriate methods of presentation.

Conducts training sessions and organizes lectures.

Prepares training manuals and materials, visual aides such as slides and films, and other training implements.

Maintains records of training activities.

Evaluates effectiveness of training programs.

Tracks costs associated with all programs and presentations.

Recommends policies and procedures relating to training activities.

May supervise assigned training or office staff.

Performs other duties as assigned.
