Job Summary:
The Filing Clerk will manage the records, documents, and files for our child service cases. The Filing Clerk will help manage a high-volume filing system, ensuring accurate and updated records on a daily basis.
The Filing Clerk will use documentation software such as Adobe Acrobat, MS Outlook, as well as our database to manage all necessary paperwork and information. In addition, this individual will be responsible for scanning, and working with electronic and paper files in addition to other administration responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and maintain filing system (electronic and physical)

Scan session notes

Assist other departments with session notes request

Assist during department audits and special projects as needed

Perform audits to ensure session notes are completed with accuracy

Other duties as assigned by manager

Physical Requirements of the Role:

Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the workday working on a computer/electronic device.

The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Compensation: Full-time hourly non-exempt $18-18.50 per hour
-
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm Must Be Willing To Work Overtime As Needed. This position is in office.
