Hinckley, a leader in luxury yachts and services, is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to elevate and manage our online presence across all corporate and service channels. This role is essential in shaping our brand’s narrative, engaging with our audience, and ensuring our digital presence reflects the prestige and heritage of the Hinckley brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing luxury brands on social media, with a detail-oriented mindset, deep understanding of our target market, and the ability to craft engaging, high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all corporate and service social media accounts, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives.

Collaborate with content creators and team members to produce compelling, brand-aligned content.

Curate, create, and schedule content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to optimize engagement and inform strategy.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to strengthen brand relationships.

Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, with a focus on luxury branding.

Work closely with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure social media efforts align with broader campaigns.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.

Ensure all content reflects the luxury positioning and legacy of the Hinckley brand.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the luxury sector.

Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and how to translate that into social media content.

Experience coordinating with content creators or creative teams.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
