Oversees development of plans and initiatives to achieve strategic and financial goals related to Digital and Omni-Channel business. Communicates plans and results to key stakeholders within organization. Aligns key stakeholders to design and deliver a consistent end-to-end customer experience across in-store and online channels. Oversees strategic analysis and decision making related to merchandising, marketing, and customer experience initiatives. Helps build business cases to support decisions.
Develops approaches to drive the development of departmental initiatives. Builds business cases for key omni-channel initiatives and programs. Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure completion and alignment. Manages key delivery milestones and reviews results.

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Strategy, Consulting, Merchandising, Finance, Operations, or Marketing. OR High School/GED and at least 7 years experience in one or more of the following areas: Strategy, Consulting, Merchandising, Finance, Operations, or Marketing.
Experience working with P&L concepts – revenue, cogs, gross profit margin, operating expenses and income.
Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, including at the executive level, in the business community & with external partners.
