POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under the direction of the Team Manager and Crew Leader, responsible for the coordination of warehouse/order selection activities to include order delegation, LMS reporting and timekeeping activities. Will work with the Crew Leader to execute daily plans, update and report daily metrics, and complete department indicators (scorecard). Will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports (labor hours, downtime reporting), process order review, procedural updates and special projects as required. Will provide support for process improvement, safety, sanitation, and training initiatives. Acts as a liaison between department(s). Acts as a back up to the Crew Leader and Distribution Technicians.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 2 years’ warehouse/order selection experience required.

Demonstrated ability to use calculator, on-line systems including PC databases, Outlook, Excel and word processing required.

Must have fork lift license & experience operating all types of material handling equipment, including reach, stand up, sit down, walking transporter & riding transporter.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

High level of numerical computation skills and analytical skills required.

Must have excellent clerical and math skills with attention to detail.

Ability to concentrate in high traffic area and ability to maintain confidential information required.

Overtime on short notice required.

Must be able to speak English, bilingual preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of SAP/ERP Warehouse Management System preferred.

Industrial order selection experience desired.

Shipping/Shipping Office experience desired.
