The Business Development Technology, Operations, and Analytics team is a highly strategic and cross-functional team responsible for leading the Firm's global commercialization efforts. The team partners with Attorneys, Business Development, Marketing, and IT to build and manage the transformational technology that delivers operational efficiencies, actionable intelligence, decision support, and transparency into all client and BD-related activities.
The CRM Data Coordinator will serve as a supporting data steward for OnePlace, the Firm’s enterprise CRM application. This position will be responsible for maintaining a world-class data management service.
The candidate will manage all aspects of data used by the Firm to support business development, including routine reporting, research, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment. Additionally, they will be tasked with establishing quality expectations, and enforcing standards and best practices.
As a CRM Data Coordinator, you will:
Administer the CRM data entry process, including entering and validating accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, experience and other client information
Build automated data quality rules to remove duplicate data, cleanse inaccurate data, and standardize data entries
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements that support strategic initiatives
Perform root cause analyses of issues and ensure remediation according to data management policies and standards
Develop, implement and maintain data quality processes, training, and reference materials
Partner with practice group leaders and marketing managers to create and maintain targeted practice, industry, and ad-hoc mailing lists and reports
Research and monitor privacy and anti-spam laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Monitor inbound and outbound CRM integrations and maintain the data integrity across all marketing technology systems
Research and identify market/partnership opportunities to continually innovate the data management service
Manage vendor relationships, including seeking guidance on system enhancements and troubleshooting system issues
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Technology
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, OnePlace or Salesforce.com preferred
Familiarity with data profiling, root cause analysis and quality improvement techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to translate user requirements to technical specifications
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
