Our company is looking for a Web Chat Customer Service Agent. To be successful in this role, you should be an enthusiastic, a great communicator, and positively service driven. The principal objective of this office-based role is to supervise our online inquires and be the natural voice of the company.
This role entails:
Ensure all customer questions are answered and taken care of timely and professionally
Respond to incoming emails and live customer web chats from the website, in line with training and service guidelines.
Display a complete understanding of all our products and services to upsell where necessary confidently
Create bookings from inquiries
Give exceptional customer service on every web chat to deliver an above-average service experience
Great written communication skills
Creative approach to challenges
Work well under pressure while maintaining excellent standards
IT literate with prior experience of MS Office
Solid organizational skills - can you multi-task?
Professional and strong negotiation skills
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
Experience working on live web chat would be desirable
Demonstrated record exceeding given targets
