POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the content architecture and structural design of Lancaster General Health’s internet sites and supporting marketing digital campaigns. Serves as a liaison to various departments and organizations within LG Health which need to publish information and track web metrics to the internet and social media sites.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

Content Strategy and Management

Establishes, implements, and maintains the structural design of all Lancaster General Health Marketing websites.
Oversees general maintenance and upkeep of LG Health websites on the Sitecore and Kentico Content Management System.
Establishes and maintains the taxonomies, metadata, scheduling, and analysis of content.
Provides analytical reporting on website and content metrics.
Assists with maintaining websites and custom code on social media sites and marketing landing pages according to departmental programming standards.
Project Management

Manages multiple projects at any given time, providing timely project updates throughout the project and meets project deadlines.
Works collaboratively with marketing team and client stakeholders to meet project, department, and organizational goals and objectives.
Delivers, cultivates and fosters superior customer service relationships including review of project priorities with key users.
Assists with defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with internal customers and stakeholders.
Provides ongoing communication between and among clients and leadership regarding rationale, opportunity and direction for the project.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: The following duties are considered secondary to the primary duties listed above:
Stays current with web, social media and content management best practices.
Perform Quality User Acceptance during testing phase on website and applications.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in management information system, information technology, computer science, business, marketing, or related field.
One (1) to three (3) years managing multiple web development projects, serving clients and management of processes.
One (1) to three (3) years of experience with analytical programs such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or equivalent.
One (1) to two (2) years programming experiences using the following languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON/XML required.
Intermediate understanding of browser specific compatibility issues (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Mobile, etc.)
Experience managing website development projects with a web content management system.
Demonstrated knowledge of website interfaces and utilization of social networking platforms and tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Kentico or Sitecore content management system.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or equivalent.
Familiarity in user experience strategy, tactics, design and marketing.
