Works with Director of Loss Prevention to develop Loss Prevention and Investigations programs that support the needs of the field. Responsible for the development, improvement, implementation, and effectiveness of all Investigative and LP systems initiatives designed to ensure the achievement of the organization's Theft and Fraud Resolution Programs.

Investigations: Develop exception reporting.
Identify and resolve corporate initiated investigations.
Investigative support: Work with field team on exception based reporting and support Field with investigative closure such as phone interviews and collections follow-up.
Case Management and Collections sight: work with Field, Finance, Format, Operations, and Legal department to ensure system runs correctly and collections are tracked.
Manage Break/Fix process by reviewing all entries and communicating with Field and Vendors. Evaluate and gain proper authorization for all capital requests. Manage all new store openings (CCTV installs).
Help tickets: Manage all Loss Prevention Help tickets
Monitors and proactively addresses outliers related to controllable costs, profit, margin, operational processes and compliance as measured through appropriate scorecard/reports.
Visits each operating Business at least 2 times each year.
Manage and maintain LP site.
Manage relationship with vendor partners.
Provides executive updates and reporting on assigned areas.
All additional duties assigned by director of LP.
Experience
Required
5 - 10 years: investigative experience
5 - 10 years: Loss Prevention Experience in a retail setting
