Facebook is seeking an early-career Administrative Assistant to join our Global Administrative Pilot team. This role will support complex and high-volume calendaring, as well as travel planning and expense reports for a number of executives.
This position is full-time and based in Austin, TX.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule internal and external meetings for multiple executives, including recurring and ad-hoc meetings and events
Coordinate attendees and meeting agendas
Manage hectic and complex calendars and room bookings
Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Support Executive Onboarding to the Global Administrative Pilot team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
1+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
1+ years experience of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and activities
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with a Customer Relationship Management or ticketing system
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS
Experience exercising judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
Experience problem-solving
Experience with organization and coordination
Experience building relationships across a larger company
